have requested retraction on the following basis:

The authors recently found that the cell line they originally selected (U251 cell line) has been proved to be a wrong cell line to use for the experiments in this paper, and will lead to the result not being profound. They would like to retract this manuscript to avoid misleading other researchers until they re-select cell lines, so that after rigorous cell line screening and verification, it can be properly used for publication.
