have requested retraction on the following basis:

The pictures taken after the experiment were not well classified, which led to some overlapping of the pictures when the paper was later written and the results were presented. Figures 2E, 2F, 3B, 4E, 4F and 6C appear to have overlapping images.
Therefore, the authors are retracting the paper in its entirety although they maintain that these issues did not affect the major conclusions. The authors apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
