For the article ‘The Calcium-Binding Protein S100A6 Accelerates Human Osteosarcoma Growth by Promoting Cell Proliferation and Inhibiting Osteogenic Differentiation.’ [Cell Physiol Biochem. 2015; 37(6):2375-92; DOI: 10.1159/000438591] by Li et al, the authors would like to clarify the commercial vendor of the athymic nude mice used in the reported work. Specifically, on p2378 “Mouse orthotopic xenograft tumor model” section line 6, the “Harlan Sprague Dawley” was used to refer to “Harlan Laboratories”, now “Envigo”. Thus, we would like to change the description of “Harlan Sprague Dawley” to “Envigo”. The authors apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the use of an out-of-dated vendor name to the scientific community.
